Guests with Special Needs

The following guests may book online

• Guests who are vision impaired who do not require special assistance and will not be travelling with an Assistance Dog
• Guests who are hearing impaired and do not require special assistance
• Guests who are travelling with a sharp object, including needles and injection pens (unless you have a life-threatening allergy)

You must make your booking via the Guest Contact Centre (Internet discount fare will be honoured) if any guests:

• Have recently had surgery
• Have a medical condition
• Require mobility assistance
• Are travelling with a cat or dog
• Are children travelling alone
• Both vision and hearing impaired
• Are hearing or vision impaired and require special assistance or are travelling with an Assistance Dog
• Have a life threatening allergy
